On the cocktail side of things Matthew is drinking a Spicy Night while Ben is drinking a White Lady's Ghost. Recipes below.

Spicy Night

  • 1.5 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Lillet Blanc
  • 1/2 oz Black Pepper Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 12-15 seconds, until well-chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

White Lady's Ghost

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Double strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
