Episode 8

Sister Kisses

Episode 8 is the smooth jazz episode, apparently. The boys begin by throwing anything and everything into a glass and calling it a cocktail. Then they talk a lot about Bahamian Jazz, therapy bunnies, and kissing sisters. Eventually they get to baseball topics like two men bullpens, and benefits of coaching kids sports (spoiler: there aren't any).

On to the cocktails!

Jazz in San Francisco

1.5 oz Hpnotiq

1 oz Vodka

.5 oz Cointreau

3 oz Sprite

2 strawberries

.25 oz blue curacao (optional)

2 oz brandy (optional)

In a mixing glass combine Hpnotiq, vodka and Cointreau and stir. Pour into a collins glass with ice. Slice one strawberry vertically and add to collins glass. Top off with Sprite and garnish with remaining strawberry. Not blue enough? Add a few drops of blue curacao. Serve brandy in a separate glass on the side.

Therapy Bunny

1 oz Gin

.5 oz Amaretto

.5 oz Chocolate Liqueur

.75 oz Heavy Cream

1/2 - 3/4 tsp Lemon Curd

1/8 tsp Vanilla Paste or scrape 1/4 vanilla bean

Combine ingredients in mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled. Strain with Julep strainer in coupe. Garnish with pinch of freshly ground nutmeg
